Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Apollo Originals order. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In good condition
- Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original tags/packaging where applicable
Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can confirm the return and provide next steps.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on current stock. Because many Apollo items are limited-run, sizes and colours may not always be available for exchange.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another option depending on the situation.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless there was an error with your order:
- Custom apparel or custom merch orders
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-order items, unless otherwise stated
- Sale or clearance items
- Limited-run items marked final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Custom Orders
Custom orders are built through a collaborative approval process. We work with each customer on artwork, garment details, sizing, quantities, and production expectations before moving forward.
Once the customer has approved the details and the order has moved into production, custom orders are non-refundable.
If there is an issue caused by Apollo Originals, such as the wrong item, wrong size, artwork error, or production issue, contact us right away and we’ll review it with you.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Apollo Originals error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Apollo Originals is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Order Issues
If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or your order arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.
