Shipping Policy

Apollo Originals ships orders from our shop in Pictou, Nova Scotia.

We’re a small team based in a rural town, so we don’t ship every single day like a big warehouse. Ready-to-ship orders are packed and shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on when the order is placed and our next shipping day. During busy periods, product drops, holidays, or high-volume custom work, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, rural pickup schedules, or other factors outside of our control.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available at checkout, you’ll receive instructions once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

Pre-Orders, Limited Drops & Made-to-Order Items

Some Apollo products may be pre-order, made-to-order, or part of a limited drop. These items may have longer production and fulfillment timelines. Any known timing details will be listed on the product page when possible.

Custom Orders

Custom orders follow their own timeline depending on the project. We work directly with each customer on artwork, garment choices, approvals, and production details. Our goal is to keep you involved through the process so everything goes as planned before the order moves into production.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Apollo Originals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an issue with your address, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll help where we can. We may ask you to file a claim with the shipping carrier depending on the situation.
